Kyle J. Ramkissoon is a Principal and founding member of IJC Partners LLC. Prior to founding IJC Partners LLC, Kyle was a senior recruiter at Garrison Associates focusing on hedge fund searches. Previously, Kyle was a senior recruiter for The Response Companies, a New York City recruitment firm. He placed individuals in positions within alternative investments, asset management, brokerage, lodging, and investment banking industries.
At IJC Partners LLC, Kyle focuses on placing senior candidates at hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, and investment banks. Kyle is a graduate of Brooklyn College.
Evan Lerman

Evan Lerman is a Principal and founding member of IJC Partners LLC. Prior to forming IJC Partners, Evan spearheaded Emtek Solutions, a consulting company. Previously, Evan was an Account Manager for Sai Software, a 60 million dollar consulting firm that worked with fortune 100 companies.
Evan began his 13 years of sales experience at a 10 million dollar jewelry company where he was the New York representative. His passion for working with Fortune 100 firms led him into the exciting world of recruiting where he is now working with the top investment banks, hedge funds, and broker dealers in the United States. Evan earned his B.S in Business Administration and Finance from Brooklyn College.

James Tomu is a Senior Recruiter and founding member of IJC Partners LLC. Prior to joining IJC Partners, James was a senior recruiter at Garrison Associates for 6 years, working with Fortune 500 firms in the financial, entertainment, software, retail, publishing, pharmaceutical, and marketing industries.
Since joining IJC Partners, James concentrates on working with the leading investment banks and hedge funds in the United States. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
Sheri Kaplan

Sheri Kaplan is the Director of Research for IJC Partners LLC. Prior to IJC Partners, Sheri was a Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager Convertible Arbitrage at Weiss, Peck and Greer, managing and executing trades for three convertible arbitrage funds.
Since joining IJC Partners, Sheri concentrates on finding portfolio managers, analysts and traders for hedge funds. She earned her B.A. in Accounting from Queens College.
Nazie Tamami

Nazie Tamami is the Director of Business Development of IJC Partners LLC. Prior to IJC Partners, Nazie was a scientist at the National Cancer Institute and the Food and Drug Administration.
Since joining IJC Partners, Nazie concentrates on working with hedge funds and leading investment banks. Nazie has earned her Master’s Degree in Genetics from the George Washington University..
